As the Director of Hospitality at Landmark Vineyards & Hop Kiln Estate for The Wonderful Company, John leads guest experiences across multiple properties with a focus on exceptional service and operational excellence. In this role, he is responsible for managing tasting room operations, crafting and executing strategies to enhance visitor experiences, and driving sales and growth through innovative events and strategic collaboration with marketing and sales teams. His extensive experience in hospitality management is complemented by a strong track record as a sales-driven executive, leveraging leadership and communication skills to achieve significant business growth and elevate the brand's market presence. Previously, John served as Director of Consumer Direct with Foley Family Wines, achieving world-renowned business success, new sales records, and elevated service standards. His past roles also include Director of Hospitality & Sales at B Cellars Vineyards and Winery, General Manager with Leslie Rudd Investment Company, and Wine Director with Moët & Chandon, LVMH. John holds a graduate diploma in the Accelerated Wine and Beverage Program from the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, CA, an associate degree in Culinary Arts Management from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and a master’s certificate in Hospitality and Food Service Management from Cornell University.
